Reply to Jonas Berg **Highlights** ## A thread your client can actually find ### **One inbox, many clients** The list shows the client, the time, and the latest line. Filter to unread, or search by client and message. ### **A subject for each thread** Start a new conversation with a subject, from the inbox or from that client’s Messages tab. Homepage copy and a PO number do not have to share one chat. ### **They answer in the portal** Clients see the thread after they join the portal. Until then, the composer says they will see it once they have access. ### **You hear about it immediately** A client message raises the unread count and adds a bell notification. Opening the thread clears the count. The bell stays until you open the notification. ## The inbox is the client, the thread is the subject On a client page, the Messages tab lists that client’s subjects.
