# **Dane i prywatność**

tobbli is designed and built in Germany and hosted in Europe. This page is how to export your data and how to reach us for deletion or privacy questions.

1. **1**## **Know where the workspace lives**

   Hosting is in Europe. The product is designed in Germany. That is the default story — we do not run a US-only copy of your invoices.
2. **2**## **Export from workspace settings**

   Use the export in settings to take documents and records with you. Do this anytime, not only when you leave. Keep the file; tobbli is not your only archive.
3. **3**## **Write to the privacy address for export, deletion, or access questions**

   Use privacy@tobbli.com for data export help, deletion, and privacy questions. Use support@tobbli.com for how the product works. Splitting those inboxes keeps requests from sitting behind a billing thread.
4. **4**## **Say which workspace and what you need**

   Include the account email and whether you want an export, a deletion, or a clarification. We are a small team; a precise request is answered faster than a vague “GDPR” with no action.

## **Portal users versus your export**

A client in the portal sees their documents, not your full workspace. Your export is the studio copy. If a client asks for their data, that is a different request — tell us who is asking and what they should receive.

## **Cancel is not deletion**

Ending the subscription in billing does not by itself complete a deletion request. If you need the workspace removed, say so on the privacy address after you have the export you need.
