# **Conta e faturação**

This is your tobbli plan, not the invoices you send to clients. Upgrade, cancel, and export live in account settings.

1. **1**## **Open billing in account settings**

   Plan changes happen in account settings, not on a client invoice. That is where you see the current plan and the upgrade.
2. **2**## **Upgrade when you need the paid ceiling**

   The free workspace is meant to start without a card. Upgrade from billing when you need the higher limits — catalog size, automations, and the rest of the paid set as shown on pricing.
3. **3**## **Cancel from the same place**

   Cancel anytime from billing in account settings. There is no separate “please delete me” form for a normal plan change.
4. **4**## **Export before you walk away**

   Export documents and records from workspace settings while you still have access. Your data stays exportable before and after a cancel; do the download while you remember where everything is.

## **Your tobbli bill versus client invoices**

Invoices you send to clients live under Documents. The subscription for tobbli itself is only in account billing. Mixing those two in support mail slows everyone down — say which one you mean.

## **What remains after you cancel**

Cancel stops the plan; it is not an instant wipe. Export first if you need a copy. For deletion or a privacy request, use the privacy address — billing cancel is not the same as a data-deletion request.
