They see every task on a board you share. They can move any card. They can only edit or delete tasks they created.

Owners and teammates start the timer on a card. You see who worked where, and for how long, without mixing their timesheets.
Their hours stay theirs
Teammates only see, edit, or delete their own time entries. The owner sees the rollup on Team and on the task.
A portal for the people who do the work
They sign in to assigned boards and a timer. They do not get your invoices, clients, or settings.
