One inbox, many clients
The list shows the client, the time, and the latest line. Filter to unread, or search by client and message.

Message a client without leaving the workspace.
Email threads lose the subject. tobbli keeps each conversation on the client it belongs to, with a subject, a preview, and a count of what you have not opened yet.
Open Messages for every client, or the Messages tab on one client. The portal shows the same threads, titled by subject, so a client can answer without a shared inbox.

A thread your client can actually find
A subject for each thread
Start a new conversation with a subject, from the inbox or from that client’s Messages tab. Homepage copy and a PO number do not have to share one chat.
They answer in the portal
Clients see the thread after they join the portal. Until then, the composer says they will see it once they have access.
You hear about it immediately
A client message raises the unread count and adds a bell notification. Opening the thread clears the count. The bell stays until you open the notification.
The inbox is the client, the thread is the subject
On a client page, the Messages tab lists that client’s subjects. Homepage copy and a purchase order stay in separate conversations.
