Calendar
The calendar is a month view of documents that already went out, are queued to send, or are due. It does not invent dates — it reads send, scheduled-send, and due dates from your invoices, quotes, and credit notes.
- 1
Open Calendar in the workspace
The month grid starts on Monday. Each chip is a document number and client on the day that document was sent, is scheduled to send, or is due.
- 2
Filter if the mix is too noisy
Show all types, or only invoices, quotes, or credit notes. The filter stays on the URL so you can come back to the same view.
- 3
Select a day for the full list
Click a day and the panel lists every document that lands there — amount, status, and whether it is still queued. A draft with a due date still appears on that day.
- 4
Move month to month
Use previous and next to change month. If the selected day is not in the new month, the calendar picks today when you are looking at the current month, or the first day that has a document.
Send, scheduled, and due
The calendar shows send, scheduled-send, and payment due dates. A draft with a due date still appears on that day. Cancelled documents stay off the grid.
This is not a separate calendar of events
There is no extra calendar table to keep in sync. If a send date looks wrong, fix it on the document — the month updates from that.
